Unlike other billing companies that require cumbersome data migration to their system, we use your current practice management system to process all of your billing. This allows for full transparency. You can see the work being done both real time and through our in-depth monthly analytics. While we are experts in multiple PM systems, we work diligently and quickly to learn new systems for a seamless billing transition.

Therapy Billing
The need for specialty therapy for children and adults continues to grow and so does the need for experts in billing. That is where we come in. We understand the nuances of insurance billing for these therapies to maximize our clients revenue.
Early Intervention
We have 10 years experience in Early Intervention billing. Each state has unique requirements and systems for their specific EI program. Because we have clients all over the country, we have in depth knowledge on how these processes work. For new clients in new states, we work hand and hand with the Early Intervention administrators to learn and understand the billing guidelines.
Contract Billing
Practices that provide ST, OT and ABA services often have contracts with state, county and local programs, such as schools, that require invoice billing. We provide our expertise in this area so our clients remain compliant in order to maintain this additional revenue.
